Observation

110-300-0170(3)(a) - The grill placed in the child care space and by the outdoor fence gate had the propane tank attached. This was corrected during the visit, by removing the tank and placing it in the locked shed. 110-300-0170(3)(e) - A portable heater was turned on in the dining area. This was corrected during the visit, by turning off and unplugging the portable heater.
